The M&S Pension Scheme Portal.

The Portal is provided to make managing your pension easier. You can use it at a time that suits you to complete a range of tasks without the need to contact the Pensions Administration Team.

Every member who registers for the Portal also helps us to reduce costs and the Scheme’s environmental impact by cutting paper use, keeping the Scheme sustainable for the future.

Once you’re registered, you’ll be able to:

  • Update your personal details
  • If you’ve not taken your pension yet, find out how much you might get at retirement or get an estimated value for transferring your pension
  • When you’re receiving your pension, view your monthly pension payslips and annual P60s and update your nomination form

Registering for the Portal.

You can register for the Portal by going to and clicking on ‘Register’. You’ll need your National Insurance number and then you can follow the on-screen instructions.

All the data we provide on the Portal, and that you provide to us using it, is kept securely on our administration system. We’ll only ever email you with relevant information about the Scheme, and we’ll only share data with third parties where necessary or reasonable to do so for the purposes of administering the Scheme.
