The M&S Pension Scheme Portal gives you access to your pension account 24/7. It provides information about your pension and you can also update your address and bank account details.

If you'd like to get in touch for help or information about your benefits in the Scheme, there are a number of ways you can do this.

What if I have a complaint?

The Pension Administration Team are able to resolve most issues relating to your membership of the Scheme. However, there is a formal procedure in place if they’re unable to resolve your complaint and you would like to escalate the issue to the Trustee.

Please be aware that it can take up to two months to receive a response from the Trustee under the formal complaints procedure.

Please ensure complaint letters are sent to our postal address above. Any letters sent to the M&S offices at Waterside House or Salford Quays will be redirected which may mean they are delayed or do not reach their destination.
