The Pension Administration Team are able to resolve most issues relating to your membership of the Scheme. However, there is a formal procedure in place if they’re unable to resolve your complaint and you would like to escalate the issue to the Trustee.

Please be aware that it can take up to two months to receive a response from the Trustee under the formal complaints procedure.
Please ensure complaint letters are sent to our postal address above. Any letters sent to the M&S offices at Waterside House or Salford Quays will be redirected which may mean they are delayed or do not reach their destination.
