There are plenty of other websites out there that will help you better understand your pension in the M&S Pension Scheme. We’ve provided the ones we think may be of most use to you.

Government websites
  • Pension Wise: is a free and impartial service that aims to help you understand the options available and the tax implications for AVC funds and any other DC benefits you may hold outside the M&S Pension Scheme
  • Get to know your pension: get to know your pension is a useful source of information from the Government on pensions.
  • Check State Pension: get a State Pension forecast
  • The Pension Tracing Service: helps people who have lost touch with an old pension scheme by tracing it for them free of charge. 
  • The Pensions Regulator: monitors the running of occupational pension schemes in the UK. In general, it will act if and when irregularities in the running of a scheme are brought to its attention. 
  • The Pensions Advisory Service (TPAS): is an independent organisation which gives free help and advice to members of pension schemes.
  • Pension Ombudsman: investigates and decides upon complaints and disputes involving work-based and personal pension schemes.
  • Money Advice Service: provides financial guidance
  • Money & Pensions Service: provides debt advice and pensions and money guidance.
