If you’re receiving a pension from the Scheme, we apply any increases due under the Scheme Rules and legislation on 1 May each year. Your annual increase for 2026 is provided in your pension increase letter, which is now available on the M&S Pension Scheme Portal.
How to view your pension increase letter:
- Register or log in to your pension account on the member portal by using the link below. Remember, your username will be something you chose that isn’t your email address.
M&S Pension Scheme Portal
- Click on ‘My Mailbox’ on the portal homepage (it’s under the section called ‘My Details’).
- Click on the link next to the document icon to download your letter.

Once you’ve logged in, you can download your 2025-26 P60. You’ll also be able to view the details of your new monthly pension amount when your May 2026 payslip becomes available. Both can be found under the ‘My Pension’ section.
The Scheme has now completed GMP Equalisation for most members. If you have built up a Guaranteed Minimum Pension (GMP) between 17 May 1990 and 5 April 1997, we’ll check your pension continues to be equalised for the effects of GMP as part of the pension increase process each year. We’ve provided more information on our Equalising GMPs page.
The member portal helps you manage your pension quickly and easily, while also keeping all your documents in one safe place. If you need help using the portal, take a look at our portal guides:
If you’ve clicked on the attachment link in your mailbox but can’t see your letter, check your device’s ‘Downloads’ or ‘My documents’ folder.
