CHANGES TO THE WAY YOU CONTACT US

The Pensions Administration Team is committed to providing excellent service and keeping your personal information safe.

On 31 July 2025, the email address for the Scheme was closed for members. Going forward, the quickest and most secure way to raise an enquiry about your pension is by logging into the M&S Penson Scheme Portal and using the Contact Us form.

HOW TO SUBMIT AN ONLINE ENQUIRY:

  1. Register or log in to the portal by following the on-screen instructions.
  2. On the portal homepage, look for General information, click on Contact Us and then click on the Contact Us button.
  3. Complete the form by providing the information requested, choosing your query type and entering the details of your enquiry in the Comments and Questions section.
  4. Click Next and you’ll see confirmation of your enquiry details. You’ll be asked to tick a box to confirm agreement to the terms and conditions before clicking Submit.

Logging into your account will mean that your enquiry is dealt with more promptly and you’ll receive updates directly to your portal mailbox. If you have an issue with accessing the portal, you can complete a Contact Us form without logging in by clicking on Contact Us from the dropdown menu.

You can use the portal to access your pension information 24/7 without needing to speak to a member of the team. You can change your contact details and view useful information about your pension, including retirement estimates if you aren’t already receiving your pension.

Please ensure you provide your full name, full address, date of birth, national insurance number/pensions reference number, name of the pension scheme and your handwritten signature on the letter. If you do not provide this information, you will fail the identity verification checks which will delay our response to your query.
